Defective or damaged items

Report defects or shipping damage within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — return shipping is on us.

Unopened toner

Unopened toner in its original sealed packaging may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping.

Opened, non-defective items

Opened cartridges that are not defective are not returnable — if you're unsure a cartridge fits your printer, ask us before you order and we'll confirm compatibility.
